2019!

First things first, Happy New Year everyone!

I’ve taken some time off blogging to set an intention for the new year and I think I have finally found it, and it’s simply EXPLORE. I know you’re probably thinking that’s just one word, but it is much more than that.

Obviously not the most glamorous picture

This was the beginning of me finding things to explore. I spent New Years Eve planning the year ahead (& eating lobster tails). I realized how much Disney means to be and no matter how many times I go I will always have something to explore. One thing I mapped out for the new year was to go to Disney at least twice this year and really take it in, we all know how often things change around there and in the end we will always have those memories, so I will be taking all the pictures i can, hopping on all the rides I love and even the ones I don’t (would you believe me if I told you I’ve NEVER been on test track!)

A successful salmon dinner on a tiny table.

Another big part of my exploration journey was deciding to slowly become a pescatarian again, since January I have cut out all red meat, (I’ll miss you In-n-Out) and if you’ve followed me for a while you know I have never eaten pork so that part was easy. However chicken is a little bit harder for me to give up, I try to eat it only once a week and when I come back from my trip I will cut it out completely! Disney has so much great food to explore and I’m so ready to find it!

I think 2019 is going to be an amazing year that holds an even better journey! I can’t wait to share everything I find and see everything you guys explore!

How did you spend New Years Eve? What are your goals? Do you have any Disney trips planned?

UNTIL NEXT TIME

Jess
