Do you even pool hop?

It is a beautiful day in ATX today which got me thinking about summer and the perfect days by the pool. Naturally that got me to day dreaming about Disney Resort pools and how unique they all are! I’m going to let you guys in on my Top 3 Disney Resort pools!

Number 3

Disney’s Old Key West Main Pool

This might be a nostalgic one for me because growing up this was my home resort so I have many great memories here! I included pictures of when they had the bridge over the middle of the pool they sadly had to take it down, My guess is people got too rowdy and started jumping off. The slide is a a super cute mickey sand castle that basically takes up that half of the pool, but if you’re not into that the other side is calm and shallow to just relax! This pool has many louging chairs but few tables so keep that in mind. The sauna is tucked away with the hot tub and I personally have not seen more than 2 people in there at once!

Number 2

Disney’s Polynesian Volcano Pool

I am absolutely obsessed with theming and bringing magic back to the resort after a day in the hot parks! This pool delivers! There is a giant slide in the massive volcano and the panoramic view of the pool walking up there or even hanging out on the bridge is amazing. The zero entry is really cool and makes you almost forget you’re just hanging at the pool. This pool is perfectly fit for relaxing and pretending your Moana, if youre into that. 😉

Number 1

Disney’s Art of Animation’s Finding Nemo Pool

This pool is getting the top spot because in my opinion this is an all around family resort pool! It is giant and has more than enough room to walk around with little ones without bumping into others. The theming is on point, I’m sure you’ll be saying “fish are friends, not food” the whole time you’re swimming! The splash pad is perfect for toddlers to explore and stay cool! There are plenty of chairs if you wanna just listen to music and catch some rays.

Disney resort pools can be a vacation in themselves, so make sure you take time to explore! You are sure to find some hidden gems to relax at, or your families new favorite pool to play in! Let me know your top pool in the comments!
